The nXGP, is Gamepark back from the dead?

Is the Korean company that went bankrupt in 2007 alive again? Apparently there's a new console coming out in Korea called the nXGP by a company called Gambros. which looks oddly similar to Gamepark's 2006 game console the XGP in name and by design. Gambros.' is also coming out with the Dinkii console which is oddly simillar to the XGP Kids. Specs are also quite decent:

CPU : ARM11 @667MHz
RAM DDR - 128MB
NAND - 2GB
SD/MMC support
LCD : 320x480 , 3,5" 24bit TFT with touchscreen
Sound : 24bit PCM codec, 64Poly MIDI, Stereo speaker
Mic input
4 direction buttons , 8 function buttons, 5 aux buttons
Dual vibration motors
3 Axis accelerometers
OS : GPOS/Linux (Dual OS boot support)
